ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
- 8 oz baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken breasts and sear until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.

Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet, sauté until browned.

Pour in chicken broth, thyme, and heavy cream. Stir well.
