ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 12 sheets phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, cook lamb until browned. Season with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Layer phyllo sheets in a baking dish, brushing each with olive oil.

Spread half of the lamb over the phyllo, followed by half of the feta and spinach. Repeat layers.

Top with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing with oil.
