Mediterranean Orzo and Rice Medley

ingredients
- 2 packs orzo
- 1 pack long-grain rice
- 1 pack microwavable basmati rice
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 2 tins tuna chunks
- 3 tins cream of tomato soup
- 1 can mixed beans
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the orzo, long-grain rice, and microwavable basmati rice, stirring for 2-3 minutes until slightly toasted.

Pour in the chopped tomatoes and cream of tomato soup, mixing well.

Add 4 cups of water and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the mixed beans, tuna chunks, garlic granules, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, sea salt, and black pepper.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the grains are cooked and the mixture thickens.
