Tender sea bass fillets pan-seared to crispy perfection, topped with a tangy lemon caper sauce. A burst of Mediterranean flavors in every bite!
ingredients
- 4 Black Sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Season sea bass fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear fillets skin side down for 3-4 minutes until crispy.

Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 5.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Pour in white wine, lemon juice, and capers. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 7.
Pour sauce over sea bass fillets, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
