Egg Veggie Medley
ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
