ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Black gel food coloring

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.

Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.

Beat egg whites until foamy, add cream of tartar.

Gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.

Fold in almond flour mixture gently.
