Miso-Glazed Sweet Potato with Garlic Yogurt

- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a bowl, mix miso paste, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
