Maple Aioli Morning Bagel Sandwich

- 2 bagels, split and toasted
- 4 sausage patties
- 4 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Optional: hot sauce, for serving

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter. Once melted, crack the eggs into the skillet, scramble, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just set, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cheddar cheese slices on top of the scrambled eggs, allowing them to melt.

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and maple syrup to create the maple aioli.

To assemble, spread a generous amount of maple aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bagel.

Place two sausage patties on top of the aioli, followed by the cheesy scrambled eggs.

Finish with the other half of the bagel and serve hot, with optional hot sauce for an extra kick if desired.
