Nourishing Veggie Power Soup

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add carrots, celery, bell pepper, broccoli, and cauliflower. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
