Nutty Banana Bites

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth.

Add the chopped almonds, walnuts, pistachios, coconut, honey, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
