- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup dairy milk (of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- Dark chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

In a bowl, combine chia seeds and dairy milk. Stir well and let it sit for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
