Nutty Maple Granola

A crunchy and sweet granola filled with wholesome nuts, seeds, and oats, drizzled with pure maple syrup for an indulgent treat.
ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raw almonds, chopped
- 1 cup raw cashews, chopped
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, and coconut.

In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and toss until everything is well coated.

Spread the granola onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Let the granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Add cranberries (if using)after granola has cooled

I was looking for a "no oil, no processed sugar, no nut butter" granola. I added the dried cranberries to the recipe as an option. LOVE dishgen!
