A flavorful stir-fry bursting with shrimp, veggies, nuts, and creamy Gouda over fluffy rice. A perfect balance of textures and flavors in every bite.
ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
- Stir-fry sauce of choice
steps
- 1.
Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp until pink. Set aside.

In the same pan, sauté veggies until tender.
- 3.
Add in macadamia nuts and stir-fry sauce.
- 4.
Push veggies to the side, scramble eggs in the pan.
- 5.
Mix in cooked rice, shrimp, and cheese.
