Oil-Free Naan Bread

- 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¾ cup warm water
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp plain dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
