- 1 tin baked beans
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained
- 1 tin mixed beans, drained
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (or garlic granules to taste)
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin (ground)
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup grilled peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled red cabbage, for garnishing
