ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 2 medium-sized carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
