ingredients
- 5 lbs peaches, pitted and sliced
- 3 lbs honey
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 packet wine yeast
- Water

In a large pot, combine peaches, honey, vanilla bean, and cinnamon sticks.

Cover with water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
