Peach Nectar Panna Cotta Indulgence

- 500 g peach nectar
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 5 g gelatin sheets (or 1 ½ tsp powdered gelatin)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g heavy cream
- 1 g salt
- Spice Blend:
- 1 g ground cinnamon
- 1 g ground ginger
- 1 g ground nutmeg

In a small bowl, bloom the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes, or if using powdered gelatin, sprinkle it over 30 ml (2 tbsp) of cold water and let it sit.

In a saucepan, combine peach nectar and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm peach mixture and stir until completely dissolved. Remove from heat.

Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture until well combined and smooth.
