ingredients
- 1 lb catfish fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 head cauliflower, grated for rice
