Pineapple BBQ Nachos

- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1/2 cup spicy jalapeno dip
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
