- 12 medium-size littleneck clams, scrubbed
- 2 cups unsalted chicken stock
- 8 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- ¾ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. skinless grouper fillets, cut into 1-in. chunks
- 8 medium peeled, deveined raw shrimp
- Lemon wedges
