ingredients
- 2 tbsp Green peas
- 2 tbsp Chopped onions
- 2 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
- 5-10 pcs Slices carrots
- 2 tbsp Corn
- 50g Paneer cubes
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves
- 3-4 cups of water

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and continue sautéing for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes, carrot slices, and green peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly.

Add corn, paneer cubes, and water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Season with salt and lemon juice. Stir well.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
