ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and sesame oil.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add pork slices and stir fry until browned. Remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, stir fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables until tender-crisp.

Return pork to the skillet and pour the sauce over. Stir well.

Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
