Pickle Veggie Egg Toast
ingredients
- 4 slices of white bread
- 4 tbsp ranch dressing
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Pickles, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- Handful of spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

Spread ranch dressing on each slice of bread.

In a skillet, scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Place scrambled eggs on the ranch dressing-covered bread.
