Sanitize all equipment with Campden tablets.

Combine apple cider and raspberry juice in a clean fermentation vessel.

Add Go-Ferm and stir well.

Sprinkle Lalvin Narbonne 71B-1122 yeast on top and let sit for 15 minutes.
