Juicy steak spirals topped with raspberry brandy sauce, shaped like a vibrant flower, enriched with mushroom and beef stock flavors.
ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup brandy or red wine
- 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh herbs for garnish

Sear steak on high heat, slice thinly and spiral on plate.

In a pan, sauté mushrooms until golden brown.
