- 2 1/2 - 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup roasted garlic (mashed)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Additional Parmesan for topping
- Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary), optional

In a small bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.
