Sausage and Artichoke Bowtie Pasta Bake

- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Add bell peppers and cook until softened.

Stir in artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.

In a large bowl, mix pasta with sausage mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.
