- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cans (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups water

Preheat oven to 375°F.
