Savory Beef and Rice Empanadas

Flaky pastries filled with seasoned ground beef, fluffy rice, and gooey cheese, air fried until perfectly crispy and golden brown. These empanadas are a satisfying and delicious meal or snack for any occasion.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
