- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
