Savory Breakfast Casserole
ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together peppers, onions, hash browns, and cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour milk mixture over vegetable mixture and stir to combine.

Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and set.
