A rich and hearty stew with ham, sausage, and bacon cooked with white beans in a flavorful broth of wine, tomato paste, and aromatic vegetables.
ingredients
- 4 oz ham, cubed
- 4 oz sausage, sliced
- 2 strips bacon, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, sauté bacon until crispy. Add ham, sausage, onions, celery, and carrots. Cook until vegetables are softened.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Add white beans and enough water to cover the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
