Sausage and Veggie Medley

A savory combination of sweet Italian sausage, tender cabbage, potatoes, and carrots, all seasoned to perfection. This hearty one-pot dish is bursting with flavors that will satisfy your cravings for a comforting meal.

- 4 sweet Italian sausages
- 1 small green cabbage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Add potatoes, carrots, cabbage, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
