Flavorful Gizzards and Rice Stir-Fry
ingredients
- 1 lb gizzards, cleaned and trimmed
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced (assorted colors)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, combine soy sauce and salt. Add the gizzards, toss well, and let them marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add gizzards and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crispy.

Add the cooked rice and stir-fry with the bell peppers for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- 5.
Return the gizzards to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring everything is heated through.

Serve the flavorful gizzards and rice stir-fry hot.
