- 12 slices bread
- 2 cups fully cooked, chopped smoked ham
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
- Paprika, for sprinkling
