- 10 Slices of bread cut into ¾ inch cubes - (8 cups)
- Olive Oil - 2/3 cups
- Basil Leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Dry Thyme Leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Dry Oregano Leaves - 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper (to taste) - to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Add the bread cubes to the bowl and gently toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 4 minutes

Stir croutons around pan and to ensure they are not burnt on one side

Bake in the oven for 3 more minutes. The croutons should be golden and crispy all the way through. No soft middle.
