- 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
