- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
