- 500Gms chicken
- 2 Tsp oil
- 1 Big Onion sliced
- 1 Tblsp Ginger and Garlic paste
- 1 Tblsp Cumin powder roasted
- 1Tblsp pepper powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 Tblsp Soy sauce
- Sesame seed for garnish
steps
- 1.
Take Pan to medium-high heat.
- 2.
Add oil,onion ,gingergarlic paste, chicken,salt,cumin and pepper.
- 3.
Saute and cook it for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- 4.
Add soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- 5.
Garnish with sesame seeds ,Serve hot and enjoy!
