Tender beef, Korean flavors, made quick & easy in Instant Pot.
ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef chuck roast, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
steps

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water in Instant Pot.

Add beef, garlic, onion, ginger, pepper.

Close lid, cook on high pressure for 25 mins.
- 4.
Quick release, stir in sesame oil.
