ingredients
- 2 cups cooked green lentils
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
