- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Set aside.

In Suvie's protein pan, pour in the crushed tomatoes, adding olive oil and red pepper flakes. Place the meatballs on top of the sauce.
