ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1 can black beans, mashed
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Handful of sprouts

In a bowl, mix oat flour, mashed beans, onion, bell pepper, spices, salt, and pepper.

Form mixture into 4 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
