Zesty Bunless Breakfast Burger

A mouthwatering paleo breakfast burger bursting with spicy flavor. Juicy ground turkey patties topped with bacon, avocado, and a zingy chipotle mayo.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp homemade chipotle mayo (paleo-friendly)
- Salt and pepper to taste
