Zesty Pea & Tomato Ravioli Sauce
ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
steps

In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.

Add peas and tomato sauce, cook until peas are soft.
- 3.
Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Serve over cooked ravioli, garnish with fresh basil.
