- 24 oz fully cooked ground pork with juices
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 medium white onion, diced
- 3 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 cup dried pinto beans, rinsed
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 4 cups water

Turn your Instant Pot to the sauté mode and add the diced white onion. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
