- 5 cups jasmine rice
- 7.5 lbs pork loin, thinly sliced
- 5 cups chopped lady's finger
- 5 cups diced cucumber
- 5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup olive oil
