A nutritious lunch bowl featuring air-fried tofu, fresh greens, creamy avocado, and crunchy seeds.
ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of roasted pumpkin seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and air fry tofu with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes until crispy.
