Creamy Sausage Puffs
ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 lb ground sausage
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brown sausage in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- 3.
Mix sausage, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4.
Roll out puff pastry, cut into squares.
- 5.
Spoon sausage mixture on each square, fold into triangles, press edges to seal.
- 6.
Place puffs on baking sheet, brush with egg, bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm, enjoy!
